I have just completed a six week Wired Sussex Internship with Blast Theory With over five hundred graduate applicants I was delighted to be offered one of forty placements.
Blast Theory is a world-renowned interactive art collective that specialise in mixed reality and pervasive gaming.
During my placement I worked on a live project called Outside Broadcasting, which investigates the use of mobile video technology through live TV. My role here at Blast Theory included 3D modelling, video editing and Flash AS3 coding with Papervision 3D.

Tuesday, 24 February 2009 D&AD Concept - Advise
Had a talk to John about my Proton vs. Proton Pro Boxing Trailer Concept. We agreed that it would not be gender equal to use a boxing match.
I am happy with the basic of the concept so I’ll have to find a new way of portraying the Proton vs. Proton characters.
I think the idea of two tiny entities capable (through the power of the LHC) of creating enough energy to light up Britain is something that 8 – 14 year olds can relate too.
Kids are interested in sport, music, electronics, video games, food.
I have to relate their interests.
